Shipping Policy

Standard US shipping

All US shipping is posted with a tracking number as standard, This will be with USPS or UPS, You cannot choose which carrier we use unfortunately. Standard shipping can be expected within 7-10 working days from the point of ordering. Next-day delivery is only available on orders placed before 12 pm, Please note this excludes bank holidays, Please make sure your contact information is correct when ordering as this is where you will receive your shipping updates.

Next-day shipping (US ONLY)

Next-day postage is strictly US only, These orders must be placed before 12 pm, If your order comes through later and we have time to pack it, we will but this cannot be guaranteed. Next-day orders will not be shipped the next day if they are placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. They will be packed on Monday and arrive on Tuesday, We will not refund any payments if you fail to check this beforehand.

International shipping

We do ship our BOBOS ONLY (basket not included) internationally, However, there is an additional set cost of $50 per order, This will be a tracked service and can sometimes take up to 30 days to arrive in your country. Please do not contact us to chase your order until it has been at least 30 days, International shipping can incur additional charges. This is your responsibility should this occur. Please make sure your contact information is correct when ordering as this is where you will receive your shipping updates. PLEASE NOTE, WE MUST BE INFORMED OF DAMAGED OR MISSING ORDERS WITHIN 40 DAYS OF ORDERING, AFTER THIS PERIOD OF TIME WE WILL NO LONGER OFFER A REFUND.

Returns & Exchanges

All balloon purchases are non-refundable. If the item is damaged upon arrival please take pictures of the shipping box and item and contact the us immediately at hello.handmadehost@gmail.com
